Dispute Resolution Solicitor

A leading national law firm with an outstanding reputation located in the heart of Edinburgh city centre is now seeking a solicitor to join its well-established Dispute Resolution team due to continued growth.

Joining the firm's Dispute Resolution team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial disputes across a several areas including insolvency, contentious IP, real estate litigation and much more, both in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for this area of law and also sound understanding of the litigation process. You will be open to working collegiately with the wider team on more complex matters and strive to drive the team forward by contributing to business development activities.
