A Dispute Resolution Solicitor is required to join an established and forward thinking Dorset based firm, in an opportunity to develop their career and climb the career ladder.

My client is a Legal 500 law firm based in Dorset with a great reputation and a proven track record for success. It is looking to grow its successful Commercial Litigation team in this brand new placement.

As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (4+ years’ PQE), you will provide expert advice on all aspects of commercial litigation, acting on areas such as contract disputes, property litigation (boundary/land disputes), professional negligence, insurance-related disputes, fraud, product liability, and commercial lease disputes.

Your role as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor will involve:

• A clear career path from the outset
• A variety of high net worth clients - acting for businesses, organisations and individuals
• Being active in business development, in gaining new clients, and growing your own caseload
