Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Joining a market-leading provider of legal and commercial services in Edinburgh. This firm is now seeking a dispute resolution senior lawyer to join the team. 

You will provide expert advice in commercial dispute resolution, including litigation, property disputes, and more. You will also shape business development strategy, manage your caseload whilst supporting other members of the team, and engage directly with clients.

Additionally, you will assist with both litigated and non-litigated matters, including alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and mediation. There will also be exposure to contentious IP/IT disputes.

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 5 years' PQE in commercial litigation, have excellent communication skills, and be a strong team player who is capable of taking on responsibilities within a collaborative environment.
