Dispute Resolution Senior Associate
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Senior Associate to join our established Newcastle based client. This senior role is ideal for an experienced Solicitor with ideally a minimum of 10 years’ PQE and a background in general litigation. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the growth and development of the Dispute Resolution department.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle a variety of cases in areas such as property litigation, commercial litigation, insolvency litigation, and intellectual property litigation.

• Work on commercial contract disputes, shareholder disputes, property litigation, contentious probate, specialist tax dispute advice, and intellectual property disputes.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Contribute to business development and the generation of new work.

• Supervise and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 10 years’ PQE in litigation.

• Excellent technical knowledge in dispute resolution.

• Strong client relationship-building skills.

• Proven business development skills and commercial awareness.

• A track record of generating work and contributing to the growth of a department.
