An established and highly regarded Commercial Law firm with offices across the North West are recruiting for a Dispute Resolution Paralegal to join their top tier Legal 500 Dispute Resolution team at their office in Chester city centre.

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Dispute Resolution Paralegal to elevate their career. You will be working directly for a Partner who will provide mentorship and exposure to a varied caseload and an enviable client base. You will also have the opportunity to develop your career. Thornton Legal has witnessed first hand the progression of candidates placed with this client who have now gone on to gain training contracts with the firm and have successful careers upon qualification.

The Role:

You will be assisting with a mixed case load of Dispute Resolution matters to include Commercial Litigation, Insolvency, Intellectual Property, Professional Negligence and Contentious Probate. You will be working with a range of high profile clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

It is essential that you have previous Paralegal experience, ideally with a minimum of 6 months within Commercial Litigation/ Dispute Resolution. Experience within Civil Litigation will also be considered.
You will ideally have completed the LPC with an elective in Dispute Resolution.
Well organised, good attention to detail, excellent work ethos.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary is in the region of 22,000 - 28,000, depending on experience.
