A well-established and reputable law firm in Margate are looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their dedicated team. They are consistently listed in the Legal 500 and well respected across all 6 offices across Kent.

You will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality legal services to their clients while contributing to the growth and success to their firm. The Dispute Resolution department represents clients in a variety of disputes including but not limited to general commercial litigation, property law including landlord and tenant, employment law, probate and will probates, contracts and boundary disputes.

To be successful in your application, you will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor with experience in Commercial Litigation;
  • Have commercial and financial awareness with an ability to listen well to clients and colleagues;
  • Be able to communicate to a high standard with clients and colleagues;
  • Have a practical and commercial outlook;
  • Have a keen interested to be involved in business development and will be expected to develop client and referrer relationships either by themselves or as part of the team.
  • Be competent IT skills.
