Are you an experienced dispute resolution lawyer looking for a new and exciting opportunity? If so, this could be the role for you!

Gillespie Recruitment are delighted to be working with our client, a leading energy provider in the UK, in their search for a Dispute Resolution Lawyer!

The Dispute Resolution Lawyer will work closely with the Head of Legal to provide expert legal advice and support on a wide range of litigation matters, particularly in breach of contract matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Head of Legal to provide a broad range of legal advice to the business, particularly in dispute resolution.
  • Handle a caseload of litigation matters, with a focus on breach of contract matters.
  • Manage autonomously the provision of timely and high-quality legal advice to a wide internal client base.
  • Collaborate with other members of the legal team, business divisions, and senior management to address legal issues.
  • Assist the Corporate Governance and Compliance functions with ad hoc queries.
  • Supervise junior team members and cooperate with the wider legal team on regional/global projects.

You must have the relevant qualifications with 1-4 years post-qualification experience. Also, you must have the ability to balance customer expectations and commercial demands against legal and regulatory risks.
