An international company of claims consultants are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in London.

The company provide a full range of claims services to infrastructure sectors. This means you will be providing expert witness, delay analysis and dispute resolution for construction claims. In this position you will be known as an industry leading professional who can analyse extreme details of a construction project and provide clear and concise explanations.

You will be an ambitious Quantity Surveyor as the company goes through strategic year of growth despite already being market leaders. This shows their desire to push the boundaries of the discipline and look for the same from their employees.

The company will consider candidates from a commercial background with a desire to specialise in disputes and claims though some experience would be ideal.

Requirements:

At least 5yrs post-graduation experience

Ideally MRICS and working towards MCIArb

Desire to specialise in disputes and claims

In return:

Salaries are higher on the claims side of the discipline so a salary of up to £65,000 is available
