Client Details

Our client is one of the largest landlords in the area, managing over 5000 properties is Cheshire, Ellesmere Port, and the surrounding areas.

Description

  • Undertaking Building Surveying duties related to maintenance and repair of properties, including voids.
  • Focus on Disabled Adaptations
  • Ensuring that all properties are in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assisting in the procurement of contractors and overseeing their work from start to finish.
  • Tenant focused - regular interactions with customers, attentively listening and recording their queries during visits and acting upon them accordingly.

Profile

A successful Interim Building Surveyor should have:

  • A relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
  • A good understanding of building maintenance and repair, with a specific focus on Disabled Adaptations
  • Knowledge of safety and sustainability regulations for properties.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to manage and resolve property related issues effectively.
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills.
