A fantastic opportunity for a newly promoted or experienced Director has arisen within a highly active team.  In this post you will gain access to a large portolio of clients, high deal volume, full deal exposure, high responsibility and a clear opportunity to ascend further.  

Your responsibilities will centre on the following:

  • You will both have a mandate to drive origination and revenue growth and to independently lead day-to-day execution work on M&A and other corporate finance transactions
  • Contributing actively to the origination effort, business development and idea generation
  • Overseeing the production of financial analysis, strategic business analysis and detailed industry research
  • Building and maintaining client relationships, income streams or new business opportunities
  • Acting as a mentor and role model to the more junior members of the team
     


My client is targeting someone whose profile demonstrates:

  • A high calibre track record in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) skills, gained from either a product or sector team
  • Relevant sector experience (energy, renewables, power, infra) is required  
  • Proven deal execution track-record through previous hands-on experience
  • Proven financial analysis skills
  • Fluent English is required and additional languages are tremendously helpful – in particular Nordic languages, French, German, Spanish
  • Good knowledge of compliance, key applicable laws, rules and regulations
