A rapidly growing, PE backed, FinTech, focussed on consumer lending, seek a Director of Transformation to join their senior leadership team and lead an ambitious and complex strategic agenda.

We seek a hands-on leader, to design and deliver an enhanced change management philosophy and approach. This includes building out the company’s transformation and change management capability and delivering the strategic change agenda to support the company’s future business strategy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience of shaping and leading high value change and transformation programmes and is keen to make an impact.

You will be pivotal in working across the company to translate strategic aims into successful outcomes by establishing, overseeing, and delivering the company’s transformation agenda.

You will:

  • Shape initiatives and drive the organisation to develop well considered business initiatives and supporting delivery plans.
  • Take the lead in implementing business change initiatives.
  • Utilise your deep delivery expertise to ensure all change initiatives are set up for success.
  • Oversee, govern, and report on execution across the totality of the transformation agenda to Executive and Board
  • Lead and shape the change definition and management capability of the organisation including the Product Management and Business Analysis capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, driving growth and competitiveness.

Person specification:

  • Successful track record of delivering change in entrepreneurial environments, preferably gained working within the consumer lending and/or financial services field.
  • Exceptional senior level influencing, relationship management and troubleshooting skills.
  • A strong background in defining and planning multiple complex change roadmaps simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to shape initiatives business wide, exhibiting excellent commercial, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisation and planning; a natural at multi-tasking and context switching.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire others.
