Cobalt have been instructed to secure the appointments of an Associate Director and a Client Director for a leading property consultancy, responsible for the management of the company's commercial office portfolio in Central London.

The successful individuals will be expected to thoroughly understand their allocated collection of properties; offer expert advice to clients and key stakeholders ranging from institutional funds, property companies and private investors; lead sustainability projects and drive customer experience; and ensure revenue is maximised whilst service levels are kept at the highest standards.

Each role will have direct reports, and the ability to demonstrate your experience of productive and positively influential people management will be extremely beneficial.

  • Proficient in lease renewals, rent reviews, landlord and tenant matters
  • Proven experience managing multiple service charge budgets and capital expenditure
  • Natural occupier engagement and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of ISO and Health & Safety compliance
  • Passion for enhancing building sustainability and best practice

MRICS is desirable, but not essential.

Associate Director

£65,000 - £80,000

Client Director

£80,000 - £92,000
