DIRECTOR OF MARKETING TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATIONS

£70,000 - 80,000 + Bonus

UK REMOTE

Work within a leading brand that works to inspire change across HR and events globally, you will be influential in the development of digital marketing a vital arm for this renowned business!

THE COMPANY

A global media and events brand with an ability to understand and advertise global trends. They are keen to explore new markets and have a culture that encourages change and development!

THE ROLE

As the Director of Technology and MarTech, you will be working with clients to set KPI's and build digital marketing campaigns. More specifically you will have to:

  • Lead on MarTech and Technology strategy across the business, developing the team and capabilities of the organisation
  • Ownership of services and systems within the business, emphasising non-technical aspects
  • Overseeing the utilisation and integration of a large collection of SaaS tools, mainly off-the-shelf software
  • Daily communication with various departments and ensuring optimal performance of services
  • Making informed technical decisions by collaborating with different business departments

YOUR SKILLS

  • Familiarity with a wide range of tools including Cvent, active campaign, overloop, Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and monday.com.
  • Solution focussed working with a range of stakeholders to bring together long term strategies
  • Previously have built strategies from scratch and analysed these in end to end performance reviews
  • Confidently be able to communicate with key stakeholders on insights and reports derived from your campaigns
