It is a co-location of world-class life science research with a dynamic community of scientists and entrepreneurs helping to discover and develop therapeutics for the future. The Campus plays a pivotal role in the Cambridge life-science cluster and is the home to start-up and scale-up companies, with c.1800 staff on site. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Estates & Facilities will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a range of operational teams ensuring high quality, value for money services to our customers. The post will also develop and deliver the lifecycle and strategic maintenance programme on campus.

We are seeking an exceptional leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing property strategies across large scale, diverse and technically complex portfolios. A natural collaborator, you will possess the interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills to succeed in a leading research environment. The role will suit leaders with demonstrable success in leading change and transformation programmes focused on continual improvements.
