DIRECTOR OF DATA - LONDON

UP TO £150,000

THE COMPANY

I have partnered with a high growth consumer tech focused business on a key Director of Data hire. You will provide strategic direction and vision across Analytics, Insights, Data Science & Market Research.

THE ROLE

The successful Director of Data responsibilities will include:

  • Provide strategic direction and vision for Analytics, Insights, Data Science and Market Research teams
  • Work with the C-Suite to help role out and align data initiatives within the business. The data initiatives will span across marketing, commercial, product development, and customer experience
  • Help deploy predictive models to help develop customer personalisation
  • Spearhead the creation of actionable insights across the business
  • Coach, develop and lead a team of 10

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Director of Data will have the following skills and experience:

  • Background in consumer tech (B2C)
  • Experienced in driving change in a business and championed data initiatives
  • Background in customer personalisation and leveraging predictive analytics to enhance customer journey/marketing personalisation
  • Marketplace/affiliate experience nice to have
  • Background in not just Analytics, but other areas of Data too
  • Recent experience in SQL or Python

THE BENEFITS

The successful Director of Data will receive a salary of up to £150,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
