Leicester (Hybrid)

£130,000-£150,000

This is a fantastic opportunity for a data professional to join a dynamic and growing team, where you will be responsible for spearheading data initiatives across Customer Analytics, Marketing, Insights, Data Science and Research.

The Company

Our client is a subscription-based consumer technology brand, that is growing year on year. They have aspirations to be market leaders in the subscription space and this position will help pioneer this from a data perspective.

The Role

As a Director of Data, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading teams across Customer Insight Analytics, Engineering, Data Science and Research.
  • Champion data initiatives across marketing, commercial, product and customer experience.
  • Lead the team from a personalisation and product enhancement perspective.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have experience:

  • Managing large-scale, successful B2C data teams.
  • Prior experience working in a consumer-tech environment.
  • Managing teams and initiatives across Insights Analytics, Data Science and Engineering.
