About The Role

Team - Direct to consumer

Working Pattern - Monday- Friday 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturday 10:00 to 13:45 (40 Hours)

Hybrid - 2 days per week in our Stockport office

Bonus (on target bonus) - Approx. £5,400 per annum

Holiday allowance - 25 days holiday (pro rata), plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to five days each holiday year

What will you do as a Direct Sales Executive?

You may have noticed us around, we sponsor multiple sports teams and events, and often advertise using our charming Mascot, Stanley the Dachshund.

As we are so present in people’s lives, interest in wanting to know more about us is growing and that is where you come in. You will be calling those who have enquired online about private medical insurance and having an initial chat to identify their needs. You will be providing accurate and expert knowledge whilst ensuring an excellent experience throughout. Whether they have had cover with us before or is new to our services, the calls you make are the perfect opportunity to shout about how we do things differently at Vitality.

This role can be fast paced and since what we offer is unlike anything in the market, at times, we can be busy but don’t worry, we will provide you with all the training you need to succeed.
