An exciting opportunity for an Engagement Executive with Direct Marketing Campaign experience

Experience of direct marketing campaigns and retention and/or acquisition is required to be successful in this role.

HYBRID

You'll take responsibility for planning and delivering innovative and impactful supporter engagement and acquisition campaigns across a range of channels. With the ability to resolve everyday challenges and obstacles independently. You will be expected to deliver a range of Direct Marketing fundraising campaigns through the full creative process, from briefing to concept, through to final delivery, as well as reviewing results and making recommendations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Working with the Supporter Engagement & Legacy Manager help in executing the annual appeal programme.
  • Produce and develop fundraising materials, mailings, and digital communications.
  • Work with direct marketing agencies, mailing houses and other external suppliers.
  • Help ensure the accuracy and approval of printer’s proofs for appeals.
  • Monitor results and analysis of direct marketing activity and recommend appropriate changes to ensure campaign targets are achieved.
  • Support in the legacy marketing activities and administration ensuring records are maintained.
  • Ensure all activity is compliant with GDPR and fundraising regulation and Code of Conduct
  • Keep up to date with fundraising sector developments and trends to spot opportunities.
  • Help develop and implement a 12-month digital marketing strategy with the Supporter Engagement & Legacy Manager.
  • To support and contribute to the stewardship programme and supporter care journey using existing and new communications which will ensure that long term income.
  • Working with the Assistant and Database Executive and volunteers to ensure timely, accurate and personalised communications by letter, phone, email to supporter donations and enquires.
  • Working with the Supporter Engagement & Legacy Manager, assist in the development and production of recruitment (acquisition) activities via digital campaigns and digital products (website, social media, etc), ensuring these are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Working closely with the Database Executive in database management, data analysis and increasing personalisation.
  • To make data and segmentation recommendations to the Supporter Engagement & Legacy Manager, to develop, manipulate and deliver accurate data selections with the Database Executive for supporter engagement activity.
  • To support the Database Executive in the implementation and records across the Department.
