The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for a strategic thinking Technology Leader to join this global services business, as it recruits a Digital Workspace Manager.  You will lead the implementation of their Digital Workspace strategy to ensure the seamless integration and performance of digital tools, platforms, and collaboration systems. The Digital Workspace Manager will be a thought leader responsible for enhancing employee productivity, promoting collaboration, and ensuring a secure and user-friendly digital workspace.

The Role
Building a significant sized team over the coming year, you will:
  • Provide line management to a developing team of Digital Workspace engineers and technicians
  • Develop and implementing a comprehensive digital workspace strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Champion a user-centric approach to digital workspace design, focusing on improving the overall user experience and employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards by maintaining effective policies, processes and procedures.
  • Take a leading role in regulatory and internal audits.
  • Provide regular and timely management reporting on digital workspace metrics, usage patterns, and key performance indicators.
  • Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard digital assets, sensitive data, and communications within the digital workspace.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the digital literacy of employees.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring the effective delivery of digital workspace solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to communicate changes and address concerns.

Occasional international travel will be required.
The Requirements
With previous experience of managing a digital workspace / EUC estates team, you be will have successfully recruited staff and built a team. You will also possess:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
  • A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Most importantly, as a strategic thinker you will be able to provide thought leadership in how the business will need to change given both the advancements in tech but also how this dynamic business grows.
