Digital Programs Specialist - Coventry - Hybrid Working - £35,000 to £38,000 - Plus bonus and Pension

Melbreck Technical are working with a world leading engineering specialist whose products are critical in making the modern world move.

Due to planned expansion within their Digital Experience Team, they are looking to hire a Digital Programs Specialist to join their business ASAP.

As a Digital Programs Specialist, you will be working alongside the head of the department to ensure success of achieving growth and development of sales via their distribution channels.

Digital Programs Specialist - Role Overview:

Coordinate the digital marketing plan creation with external & internal teams to get a clear

digital initiatives roadmap.

Follow-up execution with external & internal stakeholders to ensure digital program success.

Monitor partner platforms and build action plans to ensure effective promotion.

Monitor partner relationship management programs to gather best practices and detect innovations in partner management.

Propose & define KPIs to measure success and compliance.

Animate digital partner community to provide latest news about the digital programs &

Communicate internally on partner digital program to ensure awareness and sharing of success

Digital Programs Specialist - Candidate Requirements:

Degree, preferably in a Digital, Marketing, or Business discipline.

Passionate about digital technology and innovation.

Good experience in working with channel partners /stakeholder management.

Proven experience of digital program deployment in a multicultural environment.

Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time, whilst

working with numerous stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills to interpret results and make recommendations.

Possess knowledge/experience of digital media platforms & KPIs a plus.

Strong written and oral communication skills in English

Digital Programs Specialist - Hours and Benefits:

37.5 hours per week

8:30-5pm - Monday to Friday

One day working from home

Up to 15% pension depending on your contribution

25 days holiday

Bonus of up to 10%
