Digital PR / Outreach Executive

We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital PR / Outreach Executive to join a growing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital PR and outreach, as well as experience working with journalists and media outlets.

The Digital PR Executive will be the first hire in the Digital PR team allowing the right candidate to take full ownership of the Digital PR service and with time, develop a team.

This Digital PR Executive opportunity will allow you to be part of the Digital PR strategy for clients, including content creation, delivery, and implementation. The company will expect you to have at least 2 years’ experience running digital PR and outreach campaigns.

The Digital PR Executive will be creative, have an eye for detail and loves content. Digital PR Executives will be given the opportunity to pitch campaigns to journalists at some of the world’s best publications. We need this person to be adaptable, driven, creative and to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

Duties include:

• Develop the Digital PR and Outreach service offering.
• Work alongside SEO Account managers and SEO Manager.
• Creating and managing Digital PR campaigns.
• Digital PR strategy.
• Develop media lists and nurturing relationships with journalists.
• Maintain campaign momentum until the targets are hit.
• Develop and execute digital PR campaigns for our clients.
• Identify possible improvements to procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets.
• Track and measure the results of digital PR campaigns.
• Work with other members of the marketing team to develop and implement digital PR strategies.

The Digital PR Executive role will suit someone who lives on the Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire or Bedfordshire borders. The office is a short journey from Welwyn Garden City, Hertford, Hatfield, St Albans, Stevenage and North London area.

It is essential that all Digital PR Executives have first class communication skills - both written and verbal, great team working skills, well organised, show initiative, logical thinker, work to strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
