Join our eCommerce team as a Senior Digital Merchandiser and play a crucial role in enhancing our online shopping experience and driving digital sales growth. You will collaborate closely with the eCommerce team to align onsite merchandising strategies with our commercial objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Enrichment and Content

  • Manage Product Load Plan and collaborate with Category Managers on product launches and dates.
  • Lead the Digital Product Content Executive in product creation and ensure SEO-friendly product content.
  • Enable product publications, manage product attribution data, and optimise customer journeys.

Search & Merchandising

  • Own LHN ordering, navigational category assignments, and implement UX principles.
  • Conduct A/B testing, manage product recommendations, and understand inventory management.
  • Analyse customer behaviour using Microsoft Clarity Heatmaps and collaborate with SEO team for page optimisation.
  • Manage onsite search, updates, and collaborate with Customer Services to improve product information.

Daily & Weekly Site Reporting

  • Maintain Product Create plan, ensure product live status, and review underperforming products.
  • Conduct weekly search reporting, monitor Buy to Detail Rate, and review product presentation performance.

The Candidate:

  • Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital platforms, SEO, and product conversion.
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in sales data analysis and making data-driven decisions.
  • Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of products and target audience.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with onsite search and merchandising software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and implement effective solutions for online shopping issues.
  • Skillset Combination: Technical expertise, creative flair, analytical skills, and customer-centric mindset.
