This agency is made up of a dynamic group of young professionals who initially focused on partnering with clothing brands. Now, with rapid growth, they serve over 30 varied clients in ecommerce and lead generation. Collaborating with the hottest clients from homegrown Manchester streetwear names to your favourite Love Island stars brands!!

The founders, all under 30 already have a fantastic track record in the agency world and have the potential to reach the sky within this new startup! This is your chance to get your foot in the door early with an agency that has the potential to be huge!

The role:

• Overseeing aspects of digital marketing including Paid Media - including both PPC and Paid social and email campaigns.
• Project management - maintain a structured workflow, communicate with wider team and external contractors and freelancers.
• Client Management - Monthly reporting and performance reviews to ensure client satisfaction.

What you need:

• Previous Agency Experience (Essential)
• Proven digital marketing track record including - Paid Media
• Strong project management skills - prioritising tasks & meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal collaboration.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Analytical mindset
