Position Overview: As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive engagement, and increase brand awareness. You will have the opportunity to utilize your creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to reach our target audience effectively and achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including but not limited to social media, email, SEO, SEM, Paid Media and display advertising.
  • Manage the company's online presence and website, ensuring it is optimised for user experience and search engine visibility.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to optimise strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and developers to create compelling digital assets and content.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage external agencies to maximise performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a focus on online customer acquisition and retention.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and experience in interpreting data to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
Location and Work Environment: This is a hybrid role based in Yorkshire, offering the flexibility to work remotely as well as in our office. Our office provides a collaborative and supportive environment where you'll have the opportunity to work alongside a passionate team dedicated to making a difference in online education.
