Location: Southampton Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Role Overview: As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing our digital marketing strategies. Your expertise in CRM and design tools will be instrumental in creating engaging campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Utilize CRM software to analyze customer data and optimize marketing efforts.
• Design visually appealing content for various digital platforms, including social media, email, and website.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, utilizing analytics to make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing (1 year), with a strong understanding of CRM systems.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
