We're a rapidly expanding e-commerce company based in North London, and we're on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our ranks. This position is tailor-made for a content creator eager to contribute their existing skills and take them to the next level.

About the Role

We seek a Digital Marketing Executive to craft compelling digital content across platforms, shaping brand narratives. Responsibilities include design, social media campaigns, and marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility. This role suits a creative marketer adept in digital realms, overseeing content creation, SEO, analytics, and more. You'll drive strategic marketing plans, aiding expansion into European markets. Collaborating internally and externally, you'll devise marketing strategies, conduct market research, and optimize content for SEO. Supporting the sales team, generating reports, and participating in marketing projects are also key aspects of the role.

Role Specifics:

  • Research industry-related topics and produce well-structured content across multiple platforms to educate and inform our target audience
  • Identify customers' needs and recommend content strategies to reach new audiences
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimise content
  • Measure web traffic to content and make improvements based on third-party SEO tools
  • Create and promote content on social platforms and provide reporting on KPIs to measure content efficiency
  • Research and produce creative content for meta-ads, PPC etc.
  • Competitor analysis, understanding market trends and pricing strategies to develop marketing strategies
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team on campaign rolls outs
  • Generate creative strategies and introduce innovative concepts that will resonate with our target audience

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Proven track record in Content Creation, Copywriting, or Digital Marketing
  • Degree in digital marketing or equivalent creative experience
  • Proficient in video and artwork creation/editing
  • Stay updated with social media trends
  • Strong proofreading skills for long-form content
  • Familiar with SEO principles and analytics tools
  • Experience with Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign preferred
  • Analytical mindset for data-driven improvements
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Effective multitasker managing multiple projects
  • Familiarity with packaging industry advantageous

  • Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
