My client is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to drive their online presence for the launch of their new developments. As a crucial member of their team, you'll leverage your expertise to create compelling digital campaigns that engage prospective buyers and drive sales.

The Details:

  • Up to £40k, depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working pattern- 2 days in the office, 3 days from home or on site.
  • 27 Days annual leave + bank holidays.
  • Ability to buy and sell annual leave.
  • Day off on your birthday.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote their new home communities across various online channels, including social media, email, and PPC advertising.
  • Create engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, to attract and nurture leads throughout the buyer's journey.
  • Optimise website content and user experience to enhance visibility, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and real estate industry to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, within new homes or property development sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail with the ability to create compelling content and campaigns.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
