Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, 9am - 5pm or 9:30am-5:30pm with 1 hour

Location: Dover, Kent. Your own transport is required due to the location of the business.

Hybrid: Yes, with 1 day working from home.

Annual leave: 20 days + Bank holidays

Within your new role as a Digital Marketing Executive your main responsibilities would be to:

  • Coordinate all social media channels in a consistent 'on brand' voice in line with the high standards for multiple group companies.
  • Ensure the website is fully optimised for search engines.
  • Increase the Social Media presence and follower base to grow as a viable marketing tool.
  • Use digital methods and e-newsletters, and offline marketing mediums to: Promote the Company brand, develop and retain customers, support the roll out of new products and services.
  • Explore and promote Customer feedback and create active blogs and topic interest posts to encourage interaction.
  • Build a varied content library to fully engage users.
  • Help build and manage customer reward schemes.
  • Monitor, report and analyse results to improve performance, using tools such as CRM, Zoom mail, Google analytics, and others.
  • Maximise Lead generation through Marketing and Data gathering for circulation to Sales team.
  • Fully promote the social media and digital marketing potential of the Company.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and liaise with external stakeholders, agencies and designers as required.
  • Identify Industry events to attend and help complete arrangements.
  • Ensure the group marketing is consistent with group strategy over multiple Geographic (and language) areas.
  • Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

To be successful in this role you'll need:

  • A solid understanding of a wide range of digital marketing techniques.
  • Experience working within the Logistics or Transport industry would be a distinct advantage.
  • Experience in working with major social media and digital marketing platforms is essential.
  • A positive and collaborative team player mindset, readily supporting colleagues when needed.
  • Problem-solving abilities with an innovative and creative approach.
