We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Digital Manager to join our award winning marketing team, to drive the growth of our digital acquisition channels.

You'll be integral in the success of our digital marketing strategy by innovating our website to grow lead generation and managing our digital performance. This is an exciting time to be part of our story in driving high quality leads across our network of businesses.

As a digital marketeer, you'll bring the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to shape how we develop the lead gen journey across our website and app, working with our development agency to maintain and improve the website, while supporting channel managers with how traffic interacts and coverts through the website. You’ll lead and advise on any new developments or tools to help our customers and drive lead gen, ensuring good customer outcomes.

About You
You will have:

  • Experience in driving website performance in a digital environment
  • Experience in managing a CMS
  • Digital Marketing expertise, able to demonstrate market knowledge with the latest digital trends
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Deep understanding of Google Analytics / Search Console and other SEO reporting platforms, such as Ahrefs, SEM Rush
  • Experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Umbraco CMS would be desirable but not essential.
