We are seeking a dedicated Careers & Enterprise Information Technologist to support and enhance the provision of the Careers, Enterprise and Employability service. The primary focus of this role is to manage and develop the digital platforms that provide career development and learning resources for students.

Description

  • Manage and develop the careers and enterprise digital platforms.
  • Enhance the delivery of career development and learning resources for students.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure the effective use of digital resources.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff and students.
  • Ensure the accessibility and usability of digital platforms.
  • Monitor and report on the usage of digital resources.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development.
  • Undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of the post, as required.

Profile

A successful Careers & Enterprise Information Technologist should have:

  • An honours degree or equivalent in a related field (Art / business / creative related)
  • Experience in managing and developing digital platforms.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to provide technical support.
  • Knowledge of the principles of accessible and inclusive design.
  • An understanding of the career development needs of students.
  • An understanding of LMS and VLE

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary ranging from £33,300 to £37,000.
