Fabulous, European Head Office of Global Wellness company are looking for a Digital Communication Specialist to join their European Marketing Team.

You will be using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and additional integration with associated web pages using our content management system. Post-campaign, carry out detailed performance analysis and create thorough reporting presentations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Create well-structured communications
  • Produce emails that creatively inform and educate our dedicated and enthusiastic customer base
  • Create and update posts for our member-exclusive platform
  • Communicate effectively with different internal and external audiences
  • Develop extensive reporting across various marketing channels
  • Propose new ideas and drive new initiatives to improve existing ways of working
  • Regularly collaborate with department and senior leadership
  • Work within the parameters of strict deadlines
  • Operate across multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, IT or a directly relevant subject is preferable but not essential
  • Two or more years’ professional experience in a similar or broader role
  • Proficiency with campaign reporting and analytics
  • Experience of email marketing, web content administration and web content management systems is strongly desirable
  • Creative flair with exceptional attention to detail to ensure all key brand / product messaging and styles remain consistent across all digital platforms
