Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager - Hybrid/London - 6month FTC

We’re on the lookout for a well-versed Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager, to join forces with the UK Marketing function, at one of the worlds largest Banking and Financial institutes. Working across a vast range of projects and digital channels, this role is not one to miss out on.

Working to support the Senior Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager and step in when required, you will work closely with the in house agency team of channel specialists, digital team, product & journey teams, external design agency, our media planning agencies and strategic partners to deliver outstanding campaigns and projects. You must be innovative, have great stakeholder management and think creatively on media mix executions for their vertical.

As Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Work in partnership to seek out and launch new business opportunities and innovations for their own vertical and for the wider team.
  • Confident leading projects and campaigns.
  • Input on the strategic direction of their vertical and delivery of acquisition marketing campaigns from briefing to launch.
  • Responsible for driving new ideas/concepts and gaining stakeholder buy-in across the team.
  • Ensure all campaigns are fully tagged, trackable and reporting methodology is clear across the funnel. Reporting against campaigns on regular basis, provide actionable learnings and ensure activity is fully optimized.
  • Responsible for managing the marketing budget efficiently for their product, striving for maximum ROI, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered within deadlines and creative budget is managed accordingly.
  • Create compelling agency briefs, with clear objectives, insight and targets for creative and media.
  • Manage creative strategy and execution.
  • Ensure Marketing Insight & Effectiveness learning from campaign/activity PIRs is incorporated, where appropriate, into marketing briefs and campaign/activity development
  • Provide central liaison with segment and product teams to drive relevant marketing briefs which deliver targeted and creative direct marketing, and challenge where applicable

As Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager, you will also be/have:

  • Strong knowledge of digital acquisition channels - proven hands-on experience of running at least 2 of the following: Paid Social (Meta, TikTok etc.), Paid Search (Google Ads, Search Ads 360 etc.), Display & Video (DV360, Amazon etc.), Affiliate Marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to lead multiple, concurrent projects and resources in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong reporting and data analytics skills, with the ability to produce clear explanations for performance both to the wider team and senior leadership.
  • Highly creative and innovative - need to have the ability to develop relevant and contextual messaging to increase the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience of managing large budgets.
  • Capable team member and participant, able to solve problems individually or in groups and committed to personal development Commercial awareness and understanding of product profitability dynamics. Line management experience desirable.
  • Ability to work within and adapt to an environment which experiences significant change.
  • Expertise in app advertising desirable - both in growing acquisition via app, as well as increasing app usage and engagement.
