Digital Acquisition Marketing Assistant, Hybrid/London - 12 Month FTC

Are you a Digital Marketing Exec/Assistant on the lookout for fresh, exciting new opportunity? Do you want to work for one of the planets leading Banking and Financial institutes? If the answer to both is yes, look no further!

This Digital Acquisition Marketing Assistant role is responsible for the end to end delivery of performance marketing campaigns and the strategic lead on how these campaigns will be delivered to achieve key business KPIs. This role will manage all paid media so we’re looking for experts in managing the full digital paid media mix to deliver profitable sales growth.

As Digital Acquisition Marketing Assistant you will also be driving product sales across multiple channels including (but not limited to) Search, Social, Display, Affiliates & Email and sharing best practice amongst the marketing community.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this Digital Acquisition Marketing Assistant include:

  • Work in partnership to seek out and launch new business opportunities and innovations for their own vertical and for the wider team.
  • Be confident working projects and campaigns.
  • Input on the strategic direction of their vertical and delivery of acquisition marketing campaigns from briefing to launch.
  • Responsible for driving new ideas/concepts and gaining stakeholder buy-in across the team.
  • Ensure all campaigns are fully tagged, trackable and reporting methodology is clear across the funnel. Reporting against campaigns on regular basis, provide actionable learnings and ensure activity is fully optimized.
  • Responsible for managing the digital acquisition marketing budget efficiently for their product, striving for maximum ROI, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered within deadlines and creative budget is managed accordingly.
  • Create compelling agency briefs, with clear objectives, insight and targets for creative and media.
  • Develop creative strategy and execute a variety of creative assets.

The successful Digital Acquisition Marketing Assistant will also have/be:

  • Strong knowledge of digital acquisition channels - proven hands on experience of running at least 2 of the following: Paid Social (Meta, TikTok etc.), Paid Search (Google Ads, Search Ads 360 etc.), Display & Video (DV360, Amazon etc.), Affiliate Marketing.
  • Strong reporting and data analytics skills, with the ability to produce clear explanations for performance both to the wider team and senior leadership.
  • Highly creative and innovative - need to have the ability to develop relevant and contextual messaging to increase the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Experience using marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Appsflyer)
  • Up to date with the latest advances in the digital marketing industry and be able to identify new opportunities
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and resources in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills.
  • Experience of key data regulations including GDPR and an understanding of the importance of strong data governance in everything that we do
  • Ability to develop compelling creative & a range of appropriate assets to deploy against defined campaign targets
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience of managing large budgets
