My client is a progressive regional firm of Independent Financial Planners in Yorkshire, providing their clients with Independent Financial Advice. They have been established for over 15 years and despite their expanding size and growth, they are true to their heritage as a family run business.

They are looking for a Digital Acquisition Manager for their Leeds office, working within the sector's niche, FCA regulated digital marketing space, you will be responsible for campaign management across search & social channels with the objective of maximising growth and profitability while meeting lead targets.

Experience

Essential

A minimum of 2 years' experience in creating, managing, and optimising digital campaigns across paid search or social

Skills

  • Highly proficient in generating leads via digital campaigns, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Methodical and proactive approach to campaign management
  • Hands on experience and skills in building digital campaigns
  • An understanding of attribution modelling and the requirements needed to track offline results
  • Proficient with Google Analytics
  • Highly numerate and analytical mind - able to draw meaningful conclusions to boost performance
  • Proficient in Excel - particularly pivot tables
  • Knowledge of all aspects of digital campaigns, with experience in setting up and managing all channel components from campaign strategy, to build and creative design, to implementation and optimisation, down to campaign reporting
  • Ability to develop an understanding of our key target market as well as our business
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Natural inquisitiveness to look at innovative and different ways of growing the business
  • Analytical approach to identifying and removing bottle necks in campaign performance
  • Intimate and up to date knowledge of digital platforms and their respective tools
  • Ability to develop engagement funnels and develop the digital assets required to achieve results
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of the need for confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to form effective and trusting working relationships
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
  • Client focused with excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to act professionally, with an enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Show determination, the ability to self-motivate and influencing skills
  • Commercial awareness
