Digital Acquisition Manager

Salary up to £50k plus bonus

Salford – Hybrid (3 days in, 2 days home)

Are you ready to take your expertise in digital marketing to the next level? Forward Role are exclusively supporting a tech-first, dynamic LeadGen business (made up of multiple company brands) to secure their brand new Digital Acquisition Manager to drive their lead generation and acquisition efforts. If you're a savvy, PPC-minded digital marketer with a knack for paid search, SEO, and media management, we want to hear from you!

This business are undergoing a hugely exciting period of growth which has seen them recently launch a new App side of the business, an industry-first in their respective market which signals a new chapter of expansion for this wonderfully talented in-house Digital team.

Your day to day:

  • Craft and execute paid and organic search strategies, managing implementation, budgets
  • , and performance analysis
  • Working alongside of the SEO Manager who heads up majority of organic activity, most of your time will be spent on the Paid Media side with an overview of how the channels work in harmony together
  • Lead App campaigns on Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities across various channels, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies on key projects.
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to fuel growth.
  • Deliver against channel KPIs and metrics, continually evolving our digital acquisition strategy.

Your capabilities:

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with a track record of making strategic decisions based on insights.
  • Proficiency in SEM tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, including manual and automated bid strategies.
  • Ability to implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking via GTM.
  • Experience interfacing with tech teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with App Campaigns, Google Search Console, and link building strategies.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of PPC and SEO trends and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of digital media channels and their interplay.
  • Bonus: Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as affiliate networks like Awin.
