Job Title: Digital Account Manager (B2B Focus)

Work Set-up: REMOTE (2 days in the office a month)

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Role Overview: As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our B2B client campaigns by developing and executing strategic SEO and PPC initiatives. Leading a team of dedicated professionals, you will oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals for clients, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive team performance and growth.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and PPC strategies aligned with the unique objectives and challenges of B2B clients, leveraging industry best practices and cutting-edge techniques.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B client accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to optimize SEO and PPC campaigns for maximum visibility, engagement, and conversion.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization and improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set performance goals, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with a focus on SEO and/or PPC
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns for B2B or B2C audiances, driving measurable results and ROI.
  • Strong leadership skills with previous experience in team management, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
  • An understanding of SEO and PPC principles, strategies, and best practices, with proficiency in relevant tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making, coupled with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and achieving business objectives.
