DIETITIAN

Piers Meadows Recruitment are looking for a Dietitian to work in Portsmouth.

Band: Band 6 (or 5 with relevant experience)

Base: Portsmouth

Hours: Full- time/ 37.5 hours

Clinical work: To work on the Acute Dietetic team in surgery and gastroenterology. You would work alongside the gastroenterologists and intestinal failure dietitian to provide specialist dietetic input to the specialist gastroenterology ward and dietetic gastro clinic. You will be supported by acute dietetic lead and band 6 dietitian in the surgical rotation.

The role includes ordering of parenteral nutrition and the nutrition ward round where suitable. Experience in parenteral nutrition is not necessary but experience of complex enteral nutrition is essential.

Start: ASAP, 9 weeks initially
