Xpertise are currently looking for a  DevOps & Release Engineer to join a client of ours within the Music sector. You will be reporting directly to the DevOps Manager.

  1. Negotiable rate,
  2. Outside IR35 / 3-month rolling contract,
  3. x2 days per month in the London office.

DevOps Engineer - Responsibilities:

• Define technical solutions and produce documentation to ensure operational efficiency and maintenance.

• Provide DevOps & AWS services, challenging existing processes, and maximising tool benefits. • Maintain a thorough understanding of current and future business system needs, offering technical support and automation where possible.

 • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, users, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and service provision.

 • Stay updated on best practices, emerging technologies, and share knowledge to enhance team capability and productivity.

DevOps Engineer - Requirements:

• Experience working in a DevOps team.

 • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Platforms

• Experience in creating CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficiency in scripting, writing structured, easily maintainable scripts & code with appropriate source control

• Experience working with containerised applications (Docker & Kubernetes)

 • Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle best practices for client-server product architectures, focusing predominantly on cloud-based server development.
