Do you consider yourself to have strong administrative skills? Are you a confident communicator who is able to navigate sensitive conversations ? If so, we are looking for an individual who would be interested in joining a global medical device manufacturer as a Device Tracking Administrator. You would be providing high quality administrative support ensuring that devices are monitored and effectively managed.

Role details:

Title: Device Tracking Administrator

Start Date: ASAP

Pay rate: £12.50 per hour

Hours: 37.5 per week (Full Time)

Location: Sittingbourne (Hybrid dependant on business need)

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Process medical device orders via CRM /SAP systems.
  • Arrange collections of medical devices that are no longer in use and track progress in case escalation is required.
  • Communicate with the QA Department regarding Medical device issues.
  • Maintaining device tracking system with customer information in an accurate manner.
  • Adhoc administrative duties associated with the position

Person Specification:

  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships..
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Empathetic when communicating with customers in sensitive situations..
  • Strong digital skills including use of MS packages.
  • Attention to detail
