LAND DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT SOLICITOR, 4+ YEARS PQE, WILTSHIRE, £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE) – Leading regional law firm. The firm have an excellent quality of work both regionally and nationally and have a wide and diverse range of clients. JOB REF

• Staff loyalty card, 2 days allowance for charitable work, private health, employee assistance programme, annual travel insurance for you and your family, travel loan, cycle scheme and much more.
• Applications are welcomed from experienced solicitors who have at least 4 years’ experience handling Land development and investment matters.
• You will be responsible for a busy and varied caseload to include, site acquisitions and disposals, finance requirements, option agreements, promotion agreements, overage deeds, collateral warranties and Section 106 Agreements.
• This firm’s busy property team enjoy a steady stream of quality work from a broad range of clients all over the UK.
• This role will see the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor handle their own mixed and busy caseload of Commercial Property matters to include landlord and tenant work, general property estate management work, refinancing work and some agricultural property matters.
