As our Development Administrator you will provide general secretarial and administrative support to the Project Manager and the Development team on Duchy developments including Poundbury and Faversham. You will respond to general enquiries, maintain logs recording general enquiries and responses, manage filing systems and work with the Project Manager to maintain and develop financial reporting and health and safety systems.

You will meet and greet visitors, prepare rooms for meetings and help co-ordinate the VIP visits to Poundbury. You will also liaise with the finance team to monitor and manage payments and process Invoices and update budget records.

If you have previous administrative experience, excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Applications and would like to be part of our exciting future, then we would love to hear from you.
