• Location: Burgess Hill
• Hours: 40 hour week Monday to Friday

Have fond memories of school trips, whether skiing or a language exchange trip? We are working with a leading educational and ski tour organiser. With roots tracing back to the 1970s, our client pioneered school travel and they are looking to recruit a Destination Specialist to join the team.

The Educational Tours are meticulously designed by a team of Destination Specialists. These individuals are knowledgeable, driven, and thrive in dynamic environments. If you're passionate about travel planning, detail-oriented, and love crafting bespoke educational programs, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Construct tailor-made tour quotations using our in-house system.
• Create quote letters for clients.
• Collaborate with Travel Advisors to adjust quotations, ensuring each tour is truly bespoke.
• Provide destination advice.
• Liaise with suppliers for accommodation availability and booking transportation.
• Coordinate with Tour Coordinators for confirmed bookings.
• Arrange payments for accommodation, transport, and excursions.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly telephone manner.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Team player with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages preferred.
• Full-time position, five days a week.
