Premier Work Support are pleased to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Despatch Team Leader.

This role requires you to lead the despatch AM team to pick and pack all orders correctly to each client's specifications.

We are looking for an immediate start and there may be an opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate, subject to performance, time keeping and attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accuracy and quality of raw materials and finished goods stock count, including rotation of raw materials.
  • Correct boxing, labelling, picking, storage and safe loading of finished goods.
  • Safety, quality and legality of all products manufactured on site.
  • Management of company's Quality Management System including HACCP.
  • Promoting positive food safety culture within the business.
  • Primary contact for all deliveries and collections.
  • Report wastage and shortages.
  • Completing assigned tasks within agreed timescales.

Skills Required:

  • Maths GCSE or equivalent (Essential).
  • Experience using Excel or Outlook (Essential).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to effectively supervise and organise a team of operatives.
  • Counterbalance FLT Licence (Desirable).
  • HACCP Trained (Desirable).
  • Food Safety managemnet experience (Desirable).

Hours of work:

  • 5 days out of 7 (weekend availability)
  • 6:00am-2.30pm
