We are an established, dynamic and vibrant graphic production company based in Watford. We specialise in providing innovative and creative designs for well known companies within Film & Television, Retail and Exhibitions. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Despatch Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Head of Production and the production team, this role will involve (but is not limited to):

  • Ensuring all internal stock and packaging items are organised and stored in their correct place
  • Packing goods for despatch
  • Ensuring there are adequate levels of stock and items needed for production
  • Logging goods in and storing correctly
  • General administration relating to stock

Requirements

Suitable candidates will be able to display the following skills:

  • Computer literate: a good knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel with the ability to learn basic software
  • Strong organisational skills - ensure stock is stored effectively and can be easily retrieved
  • Neat and tidy - you will take a pride in your work and enjoy being responsible for the area where stock and items are stored
  • Confident communication skills and fluent speaking in English
  • A strong work ethic, physically fit and able to carry out some manual handling responsibilities
