Desktop Support Engineer – London – Permanent

My customer is looking for a dedicated Desktop Support Engineer to help with a mix of project work and BAU support.

Working as a Desktop Support Engineer you’ll be working within a technical Support team, where your main duties will be to assist in dealing with all IT related queries.

The role includes Laptop builds, SCCM, M365, and mobile/tablet queries & set up

The primary day-to-day responsibilities for the Desktop Support Engineer will include:

  • Previous experience in a Desktop Support Engineer role focused on Microsoft Stack.
  • Windows 10 – Administration and Support
  • Office 365 – Administration and Support
  • Laptop builds (PXE Boot install, SCCM)
  • Active Directory experience
  • Asset Management
  • Support of Mobile/iPad devices
  • Previous experience working with ticketing systems.
  • This role requires 5 days a week on-site in Central London.
