Salary: £23,920 - £33,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job title: Autocad Technician - Full Time or 30 Hours + Per Week

Based in Prescot Merseyside, the company specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke high-end kitchens and interior cabinetry. Due to continued expansion, they are excited to offer a brilliant opportunity for either a recent graduate or experienced person whom has gained skills with CAD.
The Company operate at the very top end of the domestic luxury interiors market and the successful candidate must be personable and polite at all times whilst representing our company.

As a Cad technician your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing bespoke Kitchens and interior cabinetry according to client specifications
• Good Product Knowledge
• Research of materials
• Creating manufacture drawings for production of furniture
• Creating detailed 2D CAD drawings including plans, elevations, sections, bespoke furniture & more, using design software such as Autocad to deliver a range of technical drawings to allow furniture manufacture and scheme delivery on site.
• 2D interior space planning
• Presentation layouts
• Having knowledge of 3D CAD (Sketchup but not essential)
• Working with Client / Design team for site & design queries ensuring 100% satisfaction with new builds and building projects
• Monitoring and revising drawings to meet current design changes

• Experienced in and able to use 2D CAD (AutoCAD)

• Ability to commute to Prescot, Merseyside (required)

The Benefits

Hours of work are 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday (Full Time) or 30 hours+ during these times, however the successful candidate must be prepared to work any overtime required to suit the needs of the business.

1 hour lunch break
