**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide technical support and assistance to Design Technology teachers and students within partner schools.
- Maintain and manage equipment, tools, and resources necessary for practical Design Technology lessons.
- Assist in the preparation and setup of workshops, demonstrations, and practical activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all Design Technology areas.
- Support students with their projects, offering guidance and troubleshooting when needed.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop engaging and innovative learning experiences.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience working in a similar role within a school or educational setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining a variety of Design Technology equipment and machinery.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Relevant qualifications or training in Design Technology or a related field are desirable.
