Are you an inspiring, practical, and motivated Design Technology Teacher seeking an opportunity to work in a long-term, full-time position at an exciting secondary school in Market Rasen? If yes, we have a great role for you! We are working with a school that needs a DT Teacher to provide pupils with the skills and understanding to create products.

The position involves the following:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons to students across different year groups.
  • Develop pupils' capability in designing and making different items.
  • Assist with school projects and collaborate with the department.
  • Safeguard and implement behavioural policies in the workshop to ensure pupils take safety seriously.

During your placement, Tradewind Recruitment will support you with any needs you may have, including CPD training!

The position is paid to scale which means you can receive a daily rate of £153.85 - £211.96. The role starts ASAP and will last until AT LEAST the end of the school year with a likelihood of extending.

  • A specialism in Design Tech and QTS
  • Experience working in a Secondary School.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (Or willing to undertake one)
  • Satisfactory References
