The GOOD and ever improving school is recruiting for a Design Technology Teacher DT Teacher to join in September. This will be a permanent role paying Inner London MPS and will be suoitable to trainee, ECT and experienced Design Technology Teacher DT Teacher.

The school serves the Charlton area of Greenwich – South Central London. The school aims to offer all learners a wide and varied curricullum and DT/ Engineering is a popular choice for pupils at KS4.

The current DT/ Engineering Teaching Team has 3 x Teachers who work cohesively to offer all learners a well resourced and creative currilllum. The Design Technology teacher team have managed a joint exercise over the last 2 academic years tasking GCSE learners to create plug socket covers. Every plug socket in the school now has a student designed and unique cover with the a profile of the pupil who designed and made this as part of their GCSE project.

The school is part of a small academy group and there are many additional benefits to being part of a pupil orrientated school group. The school offers wide CPD alongside sharing of resources within the netwrok. You will have access to the resources of the teachers in a partner secondary school.
