Attention Design Team Managers…

Our client, a company at the forefront of lowing carbon emissions, are looking for a Design Team Manager to join their rapidly expanding business. The role of the Design Team Manager is to make sure the design engineers team meet project specifications, everything from timescales to costs.

What the Design Team Manager will be doing:

  • Help the delivery of new projects from start to finish.
  • Manage the Design Team resources by creating systems & tools to track availability & utilization.
  • Provide reports on resource trends, allocation, and utilization to team Director.
  • Assist in maintaining and managing 3rd party resources to allow for availability when required.
  • Maintain design programs and provide progress reports.
  • Post project evaluation to identify areas of improvements and ways to streamline the business.

What you can offer to the Design Team Manager role:

  • Higher degree/diploma in Science, Technology, Engineering or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years' project management/engineering design experience in relevant fields.
  • Understanding of energy systems designs and building services.
  • Experience in the renewable market.
